1. What this page covers

These terms apply to registrations made through the Athlinia registration page — the complimentary first visit and the founding member reservation. They do not cover court bookings, class bookings, coaching sessions, tournaments or shop purchases, each of which carries its own terms presented at the time of booking.

2. Registration is a reservation, not a booking

Completing this form records your interest and, for founding members, reserves your place. It does not reserve a court, a class, a time slot or any other dated service. Nothing on this page schedules an appointment.

You will receive a reference code by email. Keep it — our team uses it to identify your registration when we contact you.

3. Free visit

The complimentary visit is limited to one per person. It carries no payment obligation and no commitment to purchase a membership.

The visit must be arranged with our team in advance and is subject to facility availability and opening schedule. Athlinia may decline or reschedule a visit where capacity, safety or operating conditions require it.

4. Founding member reservation

The founding member reservation is charged at $59.00 at the time of registration. Founding member places are limited and issued on a first-come basis.

The reservation fee secures founding member status and the associated benefits described on the registration page. Benefits begin when the facility opens and are subject to the membership terms in force at that time.

Athlinia may adjust or substitute individual benefits where circumstances require, provided the overall value of founding member status is preserved.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Clover. Your card details are entered directly into Clover’s secure fields and are never received, stored or processed by Athlinia. We retain only a payment reference returned by Clover.

All amounts are in US dollars. If a payment is approved but your registration cannot be recorded, the charge is refunded automatically and no registration is created.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Founding member reservations may be cancelled for a full refund by contacting us before the facility opening date. After opening, the reservation converts to founding member status and refunds are governed by the membership terms then in force.

Refunds are returned to the card originally charged. Processing times are determined by your bank.

If Athlinia does not open, all founding member reservation fees are refunded in full.

7. Your information

We collect your name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number. We use these to confirm your registration, to contact you about your visit or founding member status, and to keep you informed about the opening.

You do not need an account to register, and registering does not create one. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

To have your registration removed, contact us with your reference code.

8. Accuracy of the details you provide

Please make sure your email address is correct — it is the only way we can send your confirmation and reference code. Athlinia is not responsible for confirmations that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown here at the time you register is the version that applies to your registration.
